Dr Kathryn Peckham is a globally recognised educational consultant dedicated to transforming education through evidence-based, inclusive and developmentally appropriate strategies.  With over two decades of international experience, she has advised ministries of education, NGOs, universities and school groups across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. 

Her expertise encompasses curriculum design, education policy reform and professional development.  Passionate about nurturing children's innate desire to learn, Dr Peckham has led the development of innovative education models and scalable teaching and learning development programmes adopted across multiple regions. 

She is the founder of Nurturing Childhoods, through which she supports international school groups with strategic guidance, inspection readiness, workforce development and curriculum transformation.

Dr Peckham holds a PhD in Educational Pedagogy, a Masters in Education and Advanced Educational Studies and a Bachelor degree in Mathematics. She is a published author of sector-leading books and frameworks, including contributions to Birth to Five Matters and the EYFS.  Her consultancy and CPD programmes are grounded in evidence, built for impact and tailored to diverse school contexts.

Dr Colesky is a globally experienced educational consultant dedicated to transforming education systems through sustainable, inclusive, and future-focused strategies. With over two decades of experience in international education, he has advised ministries of education, private education companies and public schools across Africa, and the Middle East.

His expertise spans school design across multiple price points, sustainable curriculum design, education policy reform, teacher recruitment and training, and system-wide capacity building.

Passionate about aligning learning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Dr Colesky has led the development of school improvement projects and scalable teacher development programs adopted across multiple Middle East countries.

Graham is a globally experienced educator dedicated to transforming schools and education systems through sustainable, inclusive, and future-focused strategies. With over thirty years’ experience in the UK and overseas, he has advised ministries of education, school groups, owners, and schools across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

His expertise spans the strategic development of schools, the development of effective and sustainable curriculum models, education policy reform, initial and ongoing teacher training, system-wide capacity building, and the establishment of robust safeguarding policies and procedures. Passionate about aligning learning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and
planning to meet every child’s needs, Graham has led the development of all-through schools across multiple regions.

Graham holds a Master’s degree in International Education from Leicester University in the U.K. and a Bachelor of Education degree with Honours from Reading University in the U.K. He has worked with the National College for Education in the U.K. and at county and regional levels to support school development through coaching and mentoring.
